You cut them off the rim with a reciprocating saw when the tread wears out.

...as the OE manual said, I raised the front tire pressure when doing loader work...
I suggest you tube them. I was doing a lot of heavy (for a BX) loader work and was often finding one or the other fronts going flat. Didn't want to slime. Went to Les Schwab and for about $20ea they tubed them. Never put air in, since. Highly recommend.
