Need a mask for cutting grass

I have asthma and need a mask around chemicals, working under the house, mowing lawn, etc. This works well and does not get in the way: Half Mask Respirator Size Small/Medium - - Amazon.com. Yes, it also fits under most welding helmets. Various manufacturers have their name on it and various prices also.

The plastic mesh support keeps the mask sturdy and conforming to your face. Initially expensive but they last so long that you end up throwing it away not because of wear but because they get so filthy you can't stand putting it on your face anymore. Come to think of it - I'm going to put one in the washing machine - it might hold up.

I find a handkerchief to be reliable. Many of the masks I've tried, even more expensive ones, the rubber bands stretch/break rather quickly. I also have a reusable one, but the handkerchief is a more snug fit.
