HRX is high end consumer. knock on wood, but my HRXs have been without issue on the self propel. I put about 350 hours on per year.
Commercial is HRC, I believe.

Just to add my 2 cents here-- I was told by more than one source and also have learned that the Honda push mowers cannot be beat. What surprised me more than anything else was if you don't purchase the Honda Mowers from an authorized dealer but instead purchase from a retailer such as Home Depot or anywhere other than an authorized dealer, you are not getting the actual Honda engine. The Honda engine you are getting is made by Honda BUT to the specs that Home Depot or any other retailer has requested. I was also told that the authorized Honda Dealer won't service the other Honda engines that were purchased from anyone else except the Honda Dealer.
