I am between Houston and Victoria. Lot's of rain and wind. Some localized flooding but nothing widespread. I am close to two rivers. Still below flood stage but they are rising. One river flows through town, and the are doing voluntary evacuations. The issues are going to be the result of long-term rain as this site and dumps for days.

They have already started raising the price of refined fuels...(watch the futures markets)
Be safe if you are in an affected area...flooding kills more folks in storms than other factors...have patience...

So far, we are only at about 3.5 inches out of a predicted 10-15. Don't think we are going to get there.

We're way above that. Hard to measure rain falling/blowing sideways, so our count is probably low
