Kubota B-3030 3pt won't lift

Was bush hogging and all of a sudden the 3 pt would not lift. Checked the position of the valve under the seat and tried all positions. Checked oil etc.. any ideas as the user manual is of little help. Thanks in advance!!!!

Linkage still connected? Feels that it's attached... Valve / knob under the seat control how fast the 3ph drops or locks it in place.

Do you have remotes on the tractor? Is one of the remote levers in the on position?

Have a front end loader and I moved it around to be sure it was in the "neutral " position. That was one of the first things I checked.

Linkage is still connected. I looked under the seat while my brother worked the lift lever for the 3 pt. The valve under the seat was actually to stiff to turn by hand and had to use channel locks. The manual says it would have a "A", "B" and "C" position but the knob only has the words "OPEN" and "CLOSED" printed on it. Got it freed up and tried in all of the available positions. I am at a loss on this one. Thank you for your reply!!!!

From another forum (and different tractor)...."...near the inlet valve there is a relief cartdiage sure enough a small piece of gunk had stuck this valve partialy open, by pushing down with a small bolt it broke free..."

Check the pressure relief for the front end loader... hydraulic oil goes to that first then travels to the 3ph. If the relief valve is open, nothing goes to the 3ph. The pressure relief is part of the FEL valve...

No unusual problems before the 3ph dropped?

Bless ya for the help!!!! I will look for a pressure relief valve. Any thoughts on where to get a service manual on the cheap? There was no "unusual problems" at all. I was bush hogging and had actually finish what I was doing. Went to raise it in the transport position and it wouldn't come up.
