Thanks for the tip on the dryer vent cleaning kit, Ron. I need to do something about the one here, as I've been here seven years and it's never been cleaned. The amazon reviews of the thing breaking off in the vent line are scary though, so I hope it works out OK for you. Maybe I'll do like one guy did and hook up his leaf blower to the line. "Watch this, hold my beer...":laughing:

The one I linked on Amazon is not same kit I bought. All the big box stores sell this one I found at Bed And Bath.

33°F and some spotty fog this morning, going up to 55° today.

Wife took her brother's girlfriend and her oldest son (8, I think) to St. Louis Children's Hospital yesterday for surgery to repair a heart defect. 5 hours of surgery, and the boy came out fine. My Wife had surgery there when she was 6 to close a hole in her heart that she was born with, so she knew all about the procedure, and was there mostly to calm the boy's mother, who was a nervous wreck over it.

Thanks for the organ pic, Don (man, that just didn't sound right at all :laughing. Any idea who built it and when?

42 this morning and headed to 55 today.

Wng. Yeah those store birds aren’t your backyard birds. That’s for sure. The chicken that’s sold in today’s market is pampered. Temperature and for the most part humidity controlled since they were placed in the incubator. Never wanting for food or water. Well minus equipment breakdowns. Consistent day length year around. Wait, it’s starting to sound like these birds are raised in Southern California. Lol. But to most people and the media we are mean to our birds.

Rng. Those Costco chickens are really a good buy.

More work and maintenance in the chicken coops. Then maybe go get lumber to finish cattle pen.

2nd coat painted, now the fun begins:
1 4x6 becomes 3 pieces 50.9 inches
3 2x4 become 12 pieces
5 4xx6 become 18 pieces
Then I get to paint all the new ends
