Drew, really nice mower. Shed space dilemma for sure. Haven't tried the 303. Is it like armor all? I like Meguiars plastic polish and cleaner, but I would guess that UV protection would be best.

I’m curious about the 303 as well.

Kyle, would the Meguiars plastic polish and cleaner work on shining up the green molded plastic parts on my John Deere Zero Turn?

The parts on both sides of the seat are plastic, everything else is steel.

Einthewoods - , what a wait, enjoy it.

My TT sits outside, thinking about selling and getting a smaller one, but financially probably better keeping this one.

".... Saturday's high 46 Sunday 34 and most of next week that way cold again but little or no precipitation. Alberta clipper for NE"- Buppies

We are under a Winter Weather Advisory for Saturday due to possible freezing/frozen precipitation and a flash freeze as that arctic airmass moves in.

I agree about the Great Lakes Clipper midweek for NE. Some weather models are starting to toy with a possible phasing of jet streams and the development of a coastal storm. Too early to know for sure.

I wish I had not broken the rain gauge.

Neighbor of mine gives the garbage guy, a private contractor, Christmas gifts, and always waves to him when he comes by. One day I was talking to him, standing in his garage, and he had a bunch of old furniture out by the curb, a huge couch, a 2 big chairs. I told him they wouldn’t take it. Garbage guy came by, the driver and the runner picked up that stuff, made the truck eat it, waved, and went on their way. I would have to call for a special pick up, and pay some bucks!

When i worked summers for the county highway crew, we accepted donations. Lol
Not too many did, we got many more complaints. But if someone asked us to do a little something extra, like a couple shovels of patch, why not.
Never receiver cash, but did get a few sodas.

I see the new county treasure back home is instituting direct deposit for county employees.wow, this made the news.
When i worked there, you went to the courthouse treasurers office on payday and they gave you your check, and then would cash it for you if you wanted cash. dont think i ever got a pay stub.

Have a good day, stay warm.
My son in AR had to go buy an ice scraper.

Unbelievable morning 57 degrees on the 12 of January, raining, yesterday there was 10-12" of snow on the ground and it's bare today in most places.
Of course the high for tomorrow is forecast to be 27 and back below zero Sat. night.
Hope the outside feed lots stay froze, otherwise they get bad when they refreeze.
everyone have a good day

I致e never seen one, but when I googled it, nothing showed up that I would think would be used to bust up lumps of coal. Must be a pretty unusual item, maybe regional in nature.

I remember finding one exactly like it in a Google search many years ago, but can't seem to find it now. It's similar in design to the one pictured here, but mounted onto two rails embedded in the concrete floor.

That is really surprising. I thought every government employer went to direct deposit many, many years ago. When the City of Dallas first started direct deposit, I was one of the first to sign up for it . . . AND I was one of the first to cancel that. In those days, the deposit might be on payday, or it might be a few days later; quite a few. We never knew just when it would be. That never actually caused me a problem, but I wanted to KNOW in advance when it would be deposited. But after a year or so, and when my credit union that I used for my checking account, said that they'd guarantee it to be deposited on the proper date, I went back to direct deposit and have had no problems in the past 40 years or so.
