I don't think so. I used the 60" one time the week I bought it with a BX25D and as long as I want overly aggressive, the little BX pulled it fine in wet clay. I can't imagine this much larger and much heavier B2650 with 400 lbs of fluid in each tire would have trouble going up a foot. I'm going to try to Craigslist this one and move up to the 6 foot so that I can cover my tire width.

If your using the standard B2650 tires, the 60" will easily cover your width. Since I'm much wider than a B2650 is normally, I'd rather have the 72".

I will probably go with the 72 also. I am going to get the larger tires. But as of now I don稚 have intentions on running wheel spacers. I seen where king kutter makes a 66 model. But it痴 actually more expensive then the 72 assuming because it is less common.

You will be traction limited on a B2650/3350 with a 72" box. If you don't fill it too much with material it should be OK, but if you get aggressive it will likely be a problem. I base this on experience with a previous 29HP B model and the heavier L models. I run a 60" box on my L3200 and it's a good match, but even a 60" box will drag on the tractor when filled with a lot of material.

I do alot of boxblading with my B2650 regrading my property out back. I have rototilled and regraded a couple acres, with a couple more to go. I run a Land Pride
BB1572 box blade. I can run with a full boxblade of dirt, with all of the teeth 3" in the ground also to break up the dirt, and I have never spun a tire. Of course this is in low range and four wheel drive. I did grading for a living, and have used this setup the last few years and has worked out great. The tractor handles it really well. Looking forward to this year as I just installed a double spool valve and top and tilt to my tractor. Just letting you know my experience with my setup on my property. Good luck.

Looking great, Rock Crawler!!

Do you think a 72 box
Blade is to much for a 2650?

It's a bit much if you asked me. 66" is a good one to settle on if the width is greater than 60".
I vote for the EA Xtreme Box Blade with lots of Value and Quality packed in!

Rock Crawler: Nice looking machine. Thanks for sharing.
You should make some fender extensions to keep the sh*t from flying up on the move.

No problem going forward or back but be a little careful with R4's on side slopes I found them to let the tractor slide sideways down hill pretty easily, say in snow, ice, wet grass etc.

I had them on my previous B7500 but after a few years I ordered a set of wheels with turf tires mounted because the R4's were nicking up the yard where I turned when mowing. Anyway come late Fall I always took them off and put the meatier tread Industrial's on for dealing with snow. One year snow came before I swapped the wheels so I went out and plowed with the turf tires still on and low and behold the tractor did a lot better in the snow and ice with the turfs. Actually surprised me. So I ordered my B2650 with turf tires, if my use includes a lot of loader work on bare dirt or mud I'd probably have been better off with R4's. I still may pick up a mounted set if I can find them for a good price.

I found the turfs to be fantastic tires for almost everything I need mine to do, even snow and ice. I was surprised since they look like dragster tires.

Nice looking fleet, Ted. And it looks like you have tamed a few pallets as well. :D

Looks like a Pittsburgh Stiller game--Well not yesterday :(
