Sure there are other web sites that are more specialized but TBN with its variety is most interesting.
Just so many topics get introduced that if I am more interested I use the often posted links to further explore.

What I do find disagreeable is the type of member that criticizes grammar spelling etc.
This is not a classroom and there is no 'passing grade'.

Disagreeable (to me) is Obama bashing and I do find a bit too much Trump content, but then I am a Canuck and it does give me a window to how lots of our southern neighbors actually think.

I do enjoy the overall 'clean' content of the TBN web site. (good work, moderators)

I do admit that I have learned a lot since I follow TBN (virtually on a daily basis), both mechanically speaking as well as to the thought processes of our southern neighbors.
(LOL, here in Montreal area we always enjoyed our southern neighbors that came to the 'Cold Canadian North' in august with skis on the car roof hoping to do some downhill sport. LOL! Thankfully the internet and global awareness has put an end to that comedy.)

All in all, TBN keep up the good work!

OH, I initially came here as I own a Mitsubishi CUT that had problems and TBN led me to dealers and solutions so 'cudos'.

And yet there you are, posting away in the international travel thread, chainsaw threads, scissor lifts, sales records for GM in China... did you ever get your prickly pear under control with herbicide?

I tend to like not just the tractor talk here, but also the general conversation about people's lives, how they use their tractors, projects, accessories, how the economy may effect our tractor purchases, land purchases, kids in rural/tractor life... welding is a part of rural life. We perfect these skills to make repairs, but why not share some pictures of welded art? Many of us are retired. Some, like me, are in a 2nd career. I like to see how folks allocate their time to get in some tractoring. Countertops? Why not? We all gotta eat those veggies we grow in our gardens maintained with our tractors. Kentucky weather? Can't drive the tractor in the clay if its too wet. Spray foam insulation? Gotta seal up that tractor shed or house. Fitness tracker? We all could use a bit of health education.

Because its fun to hang out with friends and shoot the bologna once in a while!

I have to Agree - I'm interested in lots of things and lookout new posts pretty much everyday. If it is something I am not interested in I just skip that post, not a problem. Here it is more like friends "talking" and we all seek some advice on things that are important to us at the time, no matter what that is....
