How would one reinstate a right way (in someone else's deed) That give you access to your land? The access was never denied just the remark "There's no right of way mentioned in my deed". I did find a 1931 deed that did mention the ROW but was not included in the next two transfers of the other person's land. It is included in the land locked land but not the land it has to cross.
