How would one reinstate a right way (in someone else's deed) That give you access to your land? The access was never denied just the remark "There's no right of way mentioned in my deed". I did find a 1931 deed that did mention the ROW but was not included in the next two transfers of the other person's land. It is included in the land locked land but not the land it has to cross.

Ron, I tried that kind but they did not work with my ballast so the new ones cost 2 times as much and you take out the ballast. Thanks for the tip but no Menards around here that I know of.

Costco had, maybe still has, direct replacement LED tubes for ballast fixtures. 2 i tried works great.

Every state is different on how these are handled, Are your deeds maintained by the county clerk? They may be able to help, if not and the other person doesn't want it added into there deed, as much as I hate to say this it may be time to talk an attorney. It should be a simple matter to get it reinstated especially if it has been in continuous use.

First check with your state forester (they are generally cheaper than an attorney). For example in Mississippi there is (according to my wife the Real Estate Attorney) a law that requires landowners to allow passage for timber harvesting. They are supposed to warn you but I "lost" about 2 acres of trees when they cut through one of our lots to get at a landlocked parcel.

From what I can tell you need to have the newer ballast and I have the old ones. Thanks Ed

The shop is nice and bright now and some of the lights only have one bulb, get them in as soon as I have time.

Farmer, you should quarantine yourself as much as possible. Down here, if one member gets it, the whole family gets prescribed Tamiflu.

Good evening all. 32F for the start, calm wind clear sky. High temp was 57F, sky mostly clear, and near calm wind. Cleaning lady prep this morning, finished putting away the Christmas lights, went for bike raid then nap.

Anybody hear any problems with Trojan battery quality? I talked to the golf course guy, and he said he quit carrying Trojans due to quality issues. Cant find anything on the 'Net myself
