I just miss being able to pee outside without people all around.

Getting worried about mom, she has lost 15 lbs in 3 1/2 mounts and is getting weak. Gets worn out walking 30 ft from her chair to the table. Have a lung Dr. visit friday, hope he can do something.

Ed- Is Mom with you and/or family and is she really eating? Meals on Wheels personnel do their best. There are times they deliver and interact and the meal never gets eaten. ...... It goes in the fridge and is forgotten. From what I can gather you and your family have a "full plate." Hang in there.

300UGUY- I loved all the "pee games" with our dogs. If I ever end up in a secure longterm care facility serving the "declining" elderly I will by habit "focus" on every "ornamental" "sales&marketing pretty tree" they "plant" in every corner and the water wall they always build into those "home like" environments. They'll med me out ; that's SOP . The only water wall that I ever saw was due to ice damming.

Have to go to a funeral tomorrow. My back yard childhood friends' mother passed away. She was 83, born in Mannheim Germany in 1935. I know she saw a lot, but she married an American Staff Sergeant and moved to America. I don't believe her own mother came from Germany to visit her until the 90's. That woman could bake some pastries.

Today's seat time

is almost 10 yrs old. Still wonder what happened to the op, Lbrown59. He was from marietta ohio area, was a frequent contributor that disappeared.

A man with a plan.... My grandfather got dementia when he was 85. One thing he started doing was stripping off all his clothes. One time my grandmother fell asleep, the old boy got out, naked, and walked a 1/2 mile down the road to a bar they used to go to. He walked in, sat at his usual stool, and smiled at the bartender. The bartender knew him, looked in the phone book, called grandma to come get him. Also gave him a beer! He got out a couple other times, but not so far from home.

Good evening all. 33F for the start, clear,light wind. High temp today was 63F, winds stayed light and shifted south, and clear sky all day. Started the day with Men's Meeting, then some wifey time, followed by felling and bucking a tree and lastly had my temp crown come off .
