Missing a blocked pipe is understandable, but a lot of people don’t understand that water runs down hill.

I think for the puzzle to have any meaning you’d have to assume the flow rate is low and they meant filled to the top.

Since the "artist" is playing tricky with lines on ends of pipes representing a plug, then no cups will ever fill, as the the faucet is also plugged, and has no supply pipe.


Why not have a real test of water flow knowledge without any tricks? If all was functional, which would fill first? I bet there would be many wrong answers anyway.
