Rick, LED lights are awesome! My new trailer has them, convinced me to convert my old small utility to LED, still have yet to do the travel trailer, but it's on the list.

!

The Partsam brand lights are really good quality. I installed their 6” oval LED tail lights on my gooseneck flatbed trailer a couple of years ago.

I get PSA test yearly with my physical. Dr stopped the other test yrs ago.
Urologist does ultrasound, and takes measurements to check for growth.

Ron- Thanks for the link and the recommendations.

BEF- It's my understanding that AMA has backed off on how often one needs the "let's go where the sun don't shine" routine. Maybe my PCP likes me :rolleyes:

A dank 27F(Intellicast) and overcast; sun is barely visible through the cloud deck. The wood stove's heat is much appreciated. Despite what the "experts" say I believe one's own body's aches&pains can be weather related. Baro-receptors are active today.

A good day to putter around and keep those joints moving.

I hope everyone's day is a SOP day event.

just dug a hole, not a big one, just playing around honing my skills on the BH. Got to go back to the dentist this afternoon for him to 'finish',

LS, If your dentist is finishing up what you started with a backhoe, man you must have some serious dental bills...:D

took the tiller down to the dealer, put everything away, just too wet and cold/nasty to be out. tomorrow is another day.

When I'm not drinking coffee, I've been trying to mix cherry juice in with diet cranberry juice.
Those bottles of cherry juice are silly expensive at 7 bucks each, but they go on sale for 3 dollars each, which I find
motivating in the short term but would never pay the 7 dollar price for sure. So I stocked up on four bottles of sale cherry juice and make
my own juice cocktail that way. Usually one part cherry juice to three parts other.
I like the diet cranberry mango and cranberry pineapple though I bet the straight cranberry juice is healthier.
A bit sour for me...

26 this morning and headed to 37. Currently 32.

Birds come in Friday. Been getting things ready for them. Had a guy out last week over furnace problems. Cracked heat exchanger. So now shopping for a new furnace. Current unit is 12 years old and heat exchanger is almost half of new unit.

Same with me, I haven’t had a prostate exam in 15 or more years, every time I got one I ended up with prostatitis.

I'm sure you are comparing warranties too. Cracked heat exchangers are what can kill you in house, lets the products of combustion get where they don't belong. Sure isn't good for chickadees either. You must run those furnaces for a lot longer to keep those chicks warm, a much longer heating season than in our homes. Do you at least get to turn them off in July and August? I know you have lots of fans then, but no a/c. Think I asked that once before...when we were sweltering in the summer heat.
Wonder what made it crack. Too many heat/cold cycles?

I've replaced both on my Trane gaspacks out of concern due to age and the
annual inspection guy not catching something. Helped by a lot of CO2 detectors. They were 25 years old and I just didn't trust them.
Now I don't worry about them. My memory was about 1750 a unit but I could be off.

I hope David/Sodamo is having a good trip.

Randy- Prostatitis is no picnic. Of all the memories of all stuff with which I had to deal during my "ordeal" the bouts of prostatitis were amongst the most vivid.

From what I have read so far since I found this thread and I am glad that I did, I feel that I fit in with most of the other "residents" who are aging in place here.

This will not become a real true geriatric check in center until we all regress to discussions of daily pill counts; number of specialists and operations; and most importantly the number of, size, and quality of our daily BM's.
