Bobby (Kubota) says no kit for 1140.Great
I may try the 1120 kit. If the 1120 and 1140 share the same engine, the brackets "should" work but like you say the cable might be short. It's worth a try.

Let us know. You might be able to put a intermediate slice cable in to get your length needed. Those hand throttles are needed when running a mounted broom that requires full hydraulic flow at all speeds. So I guess you can’t use a broom on a 1140? Doesn’t sound right to me

I sent a message to Kubota national about the throttle. Here is the message:
Mr. X,
Thank you for contacting Kubota Customer Satisfaction about the 1400 throttle.* I do not believe that the 1120 is compatible, but there is one designed for the 1140.* The kit number follows.*V4497 Engine Hand Throttle Kit.* As for purchasing the kit and any technical information, I would recommend contacting your local Kubota dealer.
