Looking to purchase a compact or possibly sub compact and just now emailing some local dealers.
Wanting basic guidance through the process from the more experienced. Please forgive if repetitive.
I'm going to be purchasing a compact utility tractor, loader and backhoe for our new property shortly.**Either kubota or deere. Top priority is value/best deal. I trust both companies.

*New place is 10 acres, 3.5 in pasture and a barn for a couple horses.*

Mowing is handled with a Scag zero turn and is not a factor with this purchase.*
Maintaining 1000 feet of gravel driveways is. Also needing to dig 800 feet or so of gutter drains, and quite a few French drains as well.*

Additionally, there is a pond overgrown with cat tail that I'd like to clean the banks of.*

As well as basic handling of 2 horses, a barn and small pasture.*
Above was basically what I told the various dealers.
I will obviously be negotiating but initial pricing was as follows.
2018 Deere 2032r with 220r loader and 270b backhoe. Roughly 37k list presently at 29.5 otd excluding taxes.
2018 Deere 1025r with 120r loader and 260b hoe. 24.5 list, 20.5 otd excluding taxes.
Talking to one local kubota dealer, similarly setup B3350 tractor, loader and backhoe is about 27.5k otd existing taxes.
Plan to continue working them until I find a good deal. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
