Newbie from Northern Indiana

Hello Everyone -
I am 100% new to the tractor game. Researched for about a year and ended up landing on a Kubota BX2380. Went ahead and picked up a tiller, box blade, brush cutter and the trailer. Heard some good and bad reviews on buying as a package but I negotiated some and feel pretty good about the deal. Just brought it home Friday 3/16/18. Has the quick attach front end loader and the drive over belly mower. Needless to say I am very excited to get to work with it!

I am located in Warsaw, IN. Looking forward to learning through the forum and hopefully meeting some folks from the area who can share their knowledge!

You are starting out right by posting a picture. Congrats on the new tractor.

Read the manual several times to learn more about your machine.
Check all the fluid levels and check for any loose bolts.
Go slow at first until you feel more familiar with it.

Welcome. I was born in Warsaw in 1943, left there with the folks headed for California in 1950. Moved to Oregon in 1976. I have fond memories of Warsaw. Back then the iceman delivered to our house, and a man selling melons from a horse drawn wagon came by in the summer.

Yes, I did! They were super helpful and very patient with me. I actually went in with the intent to purchase one in May of 2017 (almost a year ago) and got cold feet and backed out. When I came back in, the manager remembered me and was super helpful and not the slightest bit pushy in any way. I'm the type to ask A LOT of questions which I know can be annoying. They took great care of me and we closed the deal last week!
