The B21 and BH76/77 have the same pin and bucket ear spacing. I would be happy to provide dimensions. You need a welder, everything else can be done one way or the other.

I beg to ask, what materials did you use for the hinges? What’s the pin made out of?

The hinge segments are mild steel tube, cold finished, 1-1/4 ID x 1-3/4 OD. The pin is 1045 steel, cold finished, 1-1/4 OD. The hinge gussets are ordinary angle 1 x 1 x 1/4, cut down to 3/4 x 3/4 to get operating clearance at 45 degrees.

Thank you! What keeps the pin in place?

The middle photo shows the pin with a 3/16 hole and hinge segment with a 1/8 hole. I used a roll pin (spring pin) 1/8 x 1-3/4 to tie them together. The second photo in post #9 shows the roll pin being inserted.

Some more hinge related info:

1. Boring hinge segments to get a slip fit on the pin.
2. Tacking gussets to hinge segment.
3. Setting up hinge assembly for welding.

Do use your thumb circuit?

I could have put disconnects where the thumb lines break at the top of the boom, then switched back and forth. But, way back when I set up the top and tilt valves, I put them on a sliding arm. In the forward position, the valves are convenient to my right hand for top and tilt functions. After sliding back, the valves are convenient to my left hand when operating the backhoe. I did not have anything specific in mind at the time, I just wanted to have the option. Anyway, I ran the tilt coupler lines to one set of the top and tilt disconnects and operate it that way.

Got it, Thank you! Ivan see why you used the gusset, makes sense.

Only one welding photo left, might as well put it up too. Getting ready to weld the upper cylinder mount. Lots of clamps and spacers to keep things aligned.
