what type of attachments need front mounted hydraulics- I'm in the sunny south so don't need a snow blower.

I have two such front mounted attachments. The bucket and the grapple on my front end loader(FEL). OR you might be considering a front mount rotary cutter or snow blower - both mounted on the FEL.

I installed a set of front remotes mainly for a thumb grapple....but I also use them to power a hydraulic winch that is mounted on skids that gets chained to a tree...I have a set of 20' hoses...

There are "4 in One" buckets that have hydraulic clam shell closures...also they can be used for a hydraulic MMM lift I think...?...

Grapples, 4 in 1 bucket, bale squeeze, front mounted blade to mention a couple.

Hydraulic angle on a snowplow, fence post puller.

I was already planning on a grapple and a 4 in 1 loader bucket, a fence post puller will probably pull up medium trees, I will check on a front mounted rotary cutter- it might be really handy for clearing work.
Thanks for the ideas

Typically the front mounted rotary cutters require a lot of hyd flow and a pto power pack may be needed for optimal performance. Grapples and hyd post hole diggers I’d say are the most common

On a skid steer the possibilities for hydraulic implements are nearly endless. In a tractor you’re mostly limited to stuff that doesn’t have hydraulic motors. The flow isn’t there for any amount of power.

you can run smaller things like a limb saw quite well at under 10GPM. but something like a hydraulic snow blower... nah, not happening with tractors our size with a power pack driven off of the PTO I believe you will need something like 25GPM for that.

Look at skid steer, or Germany Unimog, then you will find out so many front implements need front hydraulic.
