Saw a TC35D at a John Deere dealer. It has about 3000 hours on itandthey were asking a little over $10,000 for it. It could use tires and the steering wheel is held up by a rubber strap. It's dirty and has a little rust... I haven't heard itrun yet but if it runs well what would be a fair offer to make on it? I don't mind doing a little work on it aslong as it's nothing major. I went to test it out this afternoon. It Runs really good. I made a deal for $9500 including an oil change washing it up. I should get it next week. For that price I won't mind fixing any small pblems that come up.its a 2003 with just over 2700 hours.

They are a great tractor and will do plenty of hard work. Congrats and if you need any tech. Help us TC/T series owners are here to help. I would recommend u think about looking on eBay for a set or service manuals they come in handy.

I think it will work out fine. I replaced a couple of broken lights and topped off the fluids. Only two things I need to check out more is the steering wheel is being held up by a rubber strap and the glow plug light doesn't light up when you turn the key. it starts right up now but probably won't when it gets cold. I've been looking for a service manual for it on ebay but they are quite pricey. I'll keep looking until I find a good deal.

You can do without the manual look up Gas Strut Spring Cylinder | Tilt Steering Wheel | Case IH DX25 DX29 DX31 DX33 DX34 DX35 DX4 DX45 Farmall 31 Farmall 35 Farmall 4 Farmall 45 | New Holland Boomer 2:( Boomer 235 Boomer 3:mad: Boomer 345 T221 T222 T231 T232 | | 86522914 | 86522914 for your steering wheel troubles. The are 120 at dealer and 50.00$ here. There’s also a timer relay for glow plugs under cowling by steering strut. When you are replacing that strut I would check the timer and wiring harnesses. Look for the simple first but, those glow plug timers do go bad. Best of luck keep us updated.

Thanks, I'm not that concerned about the Steering wheel.. I'll fix that when I have time and extra money. the glow plug problem will need to be fixed before it starts getting cold out. I found an old post on here that shows how to test it.

Look into installing a block heater for $50.

Not a bad idea. I think I would still like to get the glow plugs working though.
