The 707 hp Hellcat is a license loser for me. But I cannot fit into it and that is a huge bonus. Also with regular gas costing $1.359/L ($5.14/US gallon) and high test being at least 20 cents/L more and fuel mileage of about 8-10 mpg, I really can't afford one.

sodamo;
I don't partake of the CBD oil every day. ONLY when the pain gets to the point where I would eat goobers, that is when I get into the CBD.

RNG- what kind of Yamaha is it?

Drew, the fruits of your hard labor are paying off. Glad to hear it.

Got the new AGM battery installed, she fired right up after being down for weeks.... Then it took longer to hook up to the 5' shredder...The PTO was a bit rusty and it took a number of tries to get the sleeve to push the retaining balls back into position. I just had to get it just right and some light taps and it clicked into place....Then I had to put a new shear bolt in at the pumpkin head...I sheared it trying to loosen up the PTO shaft after sliding it too far on. I need to bring home a tapered reamer and use it on my shear pin bolt hole, then make or buy some grade 8 tapered pins with threads on one end. I'm tired of replacing that bolt every 3-4 hours of run time. It has a PTO clutch to take any major hits.

Hope you get better sleep tonight rs with less pain.

We all need a Hellcat. :) I'd rather have the late model vette.

Been killing scorpions. It's their time of year to come out. I take my UV flashlight outside and start smashing. They congregate on the underpinning concrete around the house and barn, and a few in the grass. Last night killed about 13, tonight just 2. Need to spray around the home.

Since Saturday was spent partying, Sunday is a no-work day, today I need to hit the ground running-- goats and sheep want to be moved, completely ate the grass, so I've been cutting down "weed-trees" for them to eat-- but better they get a new field. After two weeks everything green from 6' high on down is gone there.

Saw daugen mentioned spraying-- very important to watch out. A friend of mine planted "princess trees" (some chinese fast growing species) a few years ago, and a month ago he told me they were doing good, so I just mentioned I'd want to stop by and see them, and now he's told me the farmer was spraying when windy (likely glyphosphate) and all but one seems to be dying.

A clear sky this morning and that's set continue for the rest of the day. Got to bring all the sheep in today to give them a "pour on" protection for fly strike. It's going to be a hot one for the ewes as they haven't been sheared yet.

Mower starter relay was clean inside, apart from one armature contact that was sooted up and no longer making a relaible contact after what must be less than a 1,000 starts. Looking at how it's made, I'm almost surprised it lasted that long. :confused3:

I don't mind dying I just don't want to contribute to it ...

I think the same way whenever I'm about to drive on a slope.

Andrew, can you post another picture? I can't open that one and we all want to see....

woke up to sounds of a/c units humming, 71 out already going up to 93.
I'm up early packing a full box of red potatoes and snow peas, a 15 family day, meaning 15 families get to eat
something I grew. That feels good.

Now if I could only get the potato plow to work. Such a simple thing and it just doesn't seem to fit on the back of my small MF/Iseki.
I tried a cat 0 top link with rube goldberg adapters, my bolt promptly bent and the whole thing flipped up so I was digging a furrow.
Back to the drawing board. I may have to take the mower off the Kubota and use that, has an hydraulic top link for plenty of adjustment.
Can't get the share down angle right.

Headed to Audi dealer at 10am. They have two blues I like, the dark blue is always a favorite of mine, but a lighter blue might be ok if it's not some
feminine pastel color, which seems to be a new thing. If I can give the dealer two colors to hunt, might do better. I thought about white in the heat down here but my car is garaged.
A lot of Q5's come with a extra equipment I don't want and don't want to pay for. Dealers don't like that of course, gosh sir this one in front of the door with not enough doors and the wrong color, will it work for you? Don't you want a new car today?
No.

I had to chuckle, the used car dealer who bought my Jaguar for a song said he wanted my Subaru too. He saw how clean the Jag was and I told him the Subaru was
almost the same. Plus it only has 12K miles on it. Easier to trade it in though for same money. I'm asking 29k for a 39k Outback(with 2k more options on top) I paid 37K for. Anyone want a perfect loaded Outback before the dealer gets a steal? This whole process is usually unpleasant enough I can see why folks take the first trade in amount offered. For sure their first number is rarely their best number.
I want the number where we keep you from walking out the door.

This should work. The first was probably too large, straight from the camera.

The boy who is standing in the coat is my sister-in-laws son, as is the boy being held in her arms. (we've only got 4 kids, so far)

@daugen potato plow = thing that digs out potatoes? What type do you use?

I couldn't open the attachment but that us a very special time for Gloria and family.

I used to cut weed tree saplings (mostly 8 foot sweet gums) and drag up our hill to throw into the goat pen...they loved them. We have a couple of the princess trees...we call them Royal Paulownia trees. When we first moved here, strangers would drive up the driveway and offer us hundreds of dollars to cut them down...wanted the lumber from them...a big market for it in Asia.
