You made me think of this old guy. By far the best "jumping" dog I've had. He could jump in the back of the truck with the tailgate up.

excuse me....how about a little privacy......:laughing:......had a pyr who was afraid of thunder and I was always amazed at the places a dog of that size could get in to.......he tried hiding under the bed once and couldn't get out.....had to disassemble the bed and frame to remove him.........Jack

Had that happen twice with my shepherd when she lost her ball under the bed. First time I was home and lifted the front of the bed and my wife crawled under and grabbed her collar to get her out.

The second time I was out of town. Wife called me in a panic. I pointed out we had a floor jack in the garage. So she grabbed a block and the floor jack to get her out By that point the shepherd had been stuck for about 20 minutes.

Now she just lays in front of the bed looking under it and cries till someone digs her ball out.

Mine isn't much of a jumper. Usually just a quick hop. Or she will stand like she did in the picture. I usually have to pick her bottom up to get her in the truck or jeep.

Now if something happens with a kid, that's another story. Had my grandkids other grandparents over to the house for dinner. Well the grandfather went to wrestle with my grandson in the front yard. Grandson let out a squeal, and Gypsy went over the fence. Put herself between my grandson and his grandfather. Grandfather needed a clean pair of shorts after that one :laughing: She didn't try to bite him, but that growl seemed like it originated from her toenails and made the hair on my neck stand up when I got out there and told her it was ok :thumbsup:
