There's a BIG difference between where "I" live and where he lives...So if you have some logs ready to mill, you wouldn't mind if your neighbor comes over, cuts them up for firewood, and hauls them off?
First of all, he bought the property already knowing what the neighbor was doing... <read DRAMA>
I would NOT spend thousands of dollars if some one took pecker poles out of a "ROW" in the first place...
I've seen cityiots move to the country and then DEMAND their neighbor move their cattle fence (that's been there more than 50 years) over a few feet because they got a survey and it's on their side of the line....a line that's been respected for over 50 years with the old neighbor.
City people like DRAMA and are willing to spend thousands of dollars to make sure they have some. lol
