Did the 50 Hour Service on my 3725 and found something on the back of my fan blades. Not oily but more like tacky. A little bit was slung around the engine bay too. I cleaned it off and will keep an eye on it. Any idea what it could be it or where it can be coming from?

Antifreeze can be a bit tacky when it drys.

Mine is the same. Most likely bugs and vegetation residue.

Thought it could be bugs, etc as I do a bit of bush hogging. But, it's on the back side of the blades. Closest to the engine and "down wind" so to speak.

That's the side that does the work. It's just bug juice mixed with a little dust & seed chaff.

In one of the fields I mow with my riding lawn mower - the back side has quite a stand of milk weeds. Now - you want to talk about something that gets sticky. Just mow down a big patch of milk weed and let the sap dry.

Yep. I usually wipe if off the blades and underhood body work after cutting season. I use window cleaner but I'm sure others would work fine.

You can add Dallis grass seeds to that. Stick like a magnet to iron and easily stuck.
