Haters gonna hate and ignore facts but that’s life.

What do most companies do when their product is in crazy demand? Hold their price or even increase it.....but not EA, they have actually discounted the items they build due to the long wait times.

All of my conversations with the folks at EA have been pleasant and they are eager to help their customers. My experience has NOT been the same when I ordered different implements from other places and had an issue.

I can say, with complete confidence, that EA customer service is impeccable! I most definitely will do business with them again and will encourage all to do the same. Great products at a fair price! What more could you ask for? Maybe free shipping? Oh yes, they provided that as well! :thumbsup:

Seriously? Overpriced? Not the one I got. The quality is excellent. You can pay less for others, but as they say, you get what you pay for. Slow delivery? Normally means demand is above supply... again, that normally means the quality is there, and people are buying a lot of them. Not sure how your logic is working there, but you may want to look into how supply/demand works.

My two cents and my RANT against Everything Attachments.

I called Everything Attachment and asked a lot of questions about the implements I wanted to buy.
They walked me threw all of my questions and was very helpful

I order two Implements and because I am so cheap I asked if they would ship them together so I could save a couple of penny's

I think they did arrive 1 or 2 days latter that what was estimated, They did get shipped Coast to Coast I live in Commyfornia.

The quality was great and I am a welder fabricator and an Welding Inspector for over the past 29 years and I picked over them pretty good when I got them home.

Top Quality work threw and threw.

The reason I chose Everything Attachments was because they were the Least expensive over 5 manufacturers that I looked at.
Also the YouTube videos they take the time to make to show how their products work in real life use.

SO MY RANT IS
If you do not want quality
If you do not want Great Customer Service
If you can not wait a bit for the implements to be built (Because they are built to order most of the time)

Then maybe you should find someone else to buy from.

That is my Rant.

Ive been putting off buying a grapple for months, but really want one. EA has answered all my questions, i just need to decide which one.

It is really strange that EA comes on here and snipes at their customers. I have bought from EA 3 times and I am entitled to my opinion. What other vendor on TBN takes pot shots at customers? Please stop. I am not an EA fan boy as others seem to be. I have a negative opinion of EA and I can state that.

I’m in the market for a new tractor and when the time comes to order my 6-7 new implements I plan to go with EA.

Unlike new tractors, at least I can still buy implements that are high quality and made in USA. I’ve waited years for a new tractor so I don’t mind waiting a couple months for the implements.

Quick question: I’m in Virginia, would picking up the implements myself from the factory in NC shorten the delivery time?

Yes Sir, you earned the right to have an opinion and unfortunately, your experience was not the same as mine. I would assume that 2 of the 3 times you bought from EA, you were satisfied. Maybe they learned from your situation and that's why our experience was so positive. If that is the case, thank you!

Not by much, the delay is almost all waiting for your slot in the production schedule (to be cut out and welded together).

As It is your right to state your opinion it is EAs same right to respond which is one of those things that makes this country great. I do not own any EA products but would not hesitate to. There are always two sides to every story

It sounds like EA is charting new territory in customer service. Overpriced AND slow delivery.

This isn't an opinion. This is a smarta$$ comment. There is a huge difference. If you want to state an opinion, then do that. Say what was wrong with your buying experience, and why you have that opinion. You would probably get a different kind of response from the users on here.
