Come On Load Trail - You Can Do Better

The ignorance of your statement is astounding. Spoken like someone that lives on the other side of the country and is so out of touch with this subject matter but is an expert based on whatever biased 渡ews channel they watch.

The shear fact you compared this to slavery is so unequivocally off base I知 still having trouble processing this.

Here痴 some facts from the front lines. These aliens come here illegally to work (that痴 the positive narrative) or to enjoy the benefits of the country without contributing. In many school districts in Texas white kids that come from a good family are unable to attend pre-k unless the child speaks Spanish or comes from a low income family. That痴 it, that痴 the schooling option. So right there these illegal aliens have access to education my son doesn稚 and I pay for it.

They can leave whenever they want, they aren稚 slaves nor indentured servants.

Have you ever heard of identity theft? Well hereç—´ a large contributor of this. They use someone elseç—´ SSN to get the job and other benefits that accompany a citizen. Companies may or may not turn a blind eye to it as well. These guys are usually workers too. They bust their butts doing manual labor. The kids our country is putting out are to good for menial manual labor jobs. This is exacerbate by the propganda and liberal parenting of all over.

Truth be told, of these aliens can provide proof of working for the last 10 years or whatever and contributing to the economic, country and taxes I壇 be fine if they stay. If I had a manual labor job lined up and needed to hire someone and it was between a white teen or Mexican I壇 hire the Mexican more times than not. I would pay him the same as any other race because that doesn稚 matter.

So you agree that this company has right to hire a person that has entered this country illegally because they will work and Americans won't! Have you ever heard of green cards and Mexicans that enter this country legally? These are slaves in the fact that this company can treat them any way they **** well chose and not be able to say anything in fear of being turned into US authorities! These companies are a disgrace and should more than fined, undermining our laws and taking advantage of desperate people is sickening! I'll bet most Texans aren't willing to undermine our laws for a buck??

100% correct. Roofing companies are paying $15 / hour and illegals are generally the only people willing to do the work. Other groups of people are at home watching YouTube on their government provided cell phone and collecting welfare checks.

I'll take someone who wants to improve their families life and has the initiative to make it happen any day over someone who just sits on their *** collecting my tax money.

If it wasn't for the illegal aliens doing those jobs those companies would have to raise pay to get help! I'll bet if those companies filled their jobs with illegals they'd pay them even less!

They’re illegal. What’s there to talk about?

Really nothing. Illegal aliens should not be allowed sanctuary in the USA. Employers should not hire them and the government should enforce the law regarding them.

Now....the law regarding them should be changed to allow a necessary worker to enter legally, say for an amount of time, return home and come back to work as needed, without a path to citizenship outside the normal path. No welfare benefits should be attached to that guest worker status and an employer should be able to easily document a guest worker. People who are illegally in the US should be subject to quick arrest if discovered and promptly prosecuted and deported. Employees who hire illegal aliens should be subject to severe penalties.

That's my thought anyway.

Was that intentional irony? Everything you just said, ... you described the work visas we already have.

I don’t have anything against illegals working. I’m guessing not many of you have tried to find help or the tune of this thread would be different. I don’t think an illegal should receive any government money which is obviously not the case. Comparing illegals to slaves is retarded. They agreed to work for the agreed amount and are free to leave if they don’t like it. They don’t work for slave labor anyway. Most trades mostly worked by Mexicans pay upwards of $10 an hour. $15 is pretty common. State minimum wage is $7.25.

Professionally I have hired a lot of people. We always hired citizens or people who were legally able to work in the US.

Growing up on the farm in East Texas and South Texas my family probably hired some non-citizens. So I recognize the challenges.

We need to effectively address the needs to fill jobs in our economy legally. There is a way to allow for permitting people to get legal permission to work in the US and return home, to Mexico in most cases, and return back to their jobs in the US. The first step to that is to enforce current law.

A local dealer carries Load Trail and they looked like good trailers on the surface. I was looking for used and bought a 2008 M&M that is no longer in business. I do like our 22' tilt trailer with two 7K axles and how it handles. Ramps and I do not mix for several physical reasons.
