cyclone rake on B series?

I'd still go to the CR customer Service for the advice that you need. I feel confident that they would be the best source to answer the question. I doubt that they have anything to gain by steering you astray. Maybe other TBN'ers can also make a suggestion.

Cheers,
Mike

Hi Mike, I just emailed CR Customer Service which I got reply right away. He said it would work fine and he would send me the rubber collar at no cost, even though that would mean I will return their MDA if the Kubota痴 boot works for me and he knew that.

So... as a potential buyer, why'd you all go Cyclone over the Kubota bagger? Is the rear tail wagging an inconvenience? I just think it'd be a pain with 8 feet wagging behind.

Honestly I can just hope I made the right decision. I haven稚 really used it yet because of the mower deck adapter issue - Mike said it should work fine but I want something with better fit. The one from CR is smaller than mower deck opening and they don稚 have anything bigger. I finished assembling everything except that part. I used the power vacuum hose as try out last Sunday. Well it was very strong and sucked up leaves and gravels too. I know I probably shouldn稚 use in on gravel driveway but I wanted to try it. I checked the bag and the gravels were broken into pieces and 90% of leaves were shredded.

The unit is pretty heavy so Im thankful that I have bigger tractor (B2620). Not sure how smaller riding mower handles this.

Anyway, I chose CR over Kubota bagger mostly because unresponsiveness of sales person at Kubota dealer. All he told me is it costs $2,350. When I asked him the specs and how it looks like, I got no answer. I asked different dealer, Canns Bilco in PA and he directed me to Trac Vac. It痴 $3,600. It痴 over my spending limit. And I知 sure it doesn稚 include any attachments, tax, shipping, etc. And I have assumptions that mounting something to PTO is difficult job. I have pretty much no help and I知 4?1 woman!

I don稚 really have a way to pick this up either and CR is delivered to your door. All I hear about it is good stuffs. Customer Service is good, which I think so. So here I am.

Speaking for myself...........I didn't know that Kubota made a "bagger" for my B2620. And I doubt that the Kubota version is as capable as the CR. And "Yes" one has to get used to the length of the whole set up. I had to get some experience before I could maneuver the rig without knocking something over or bashing a tree ......and......if the FEL is attached
Cheers,
Mike
