Tractor
Mahindra 4025
After years of owning our 4025, we are looking at buying a 2565 4wd cabbed tractor, and a 10' rotary mower.
Is anyone familiar with this series?
I would like to know the good and bad.

2500 and 2600 series are built in Korea by TYM with the Mahindra designed engine whereas your 4025 is built by Mahindra in India. TYM builds a lot of tractors under their TYM brand and as rebrands for other companies like Mahindra and Rural King.

I have a 2655 HST Cab. I test drove the a 2555 HST and a 2565 Shuttle and just preferred the HST but the 2565 only comes in shuttle shift.

Thanks for the info, are you pleased with your tractor so far?

I have no real complaints about my 2655 HST Cab. The 2600 series has an upgraded seat and when I first got it I didn't like the seat position. I modified that and it's perfect now but I consider that my personal preference.

Is the 10' mower the correct size for the 2565 with regard to the HP needed to run it?

The dealer said it could handle it.
My dad and I are purchasing this together and he swears it will.
He's usually right, I hope he still is.

Will do, so far we love it. I won't be able to do any serious mowing until next year. It will be so nice to not be covered in dirt, and bugs in the new cab.
