puncture resistance of ag vs ind tires

looking at my industrial tires this am. They are Titan brand .
Have no idea where the're made. Most likely china, or India like most others

Is Kubota the only tractor company that uses Titans, or are there others ?

As I have said, I have really had no traction issues with the industrial tires.

Several months ago, I rented an mini ex and got it stuck.. Bad stuck !!
I took the kubota with industrial tires down to the mud pit to attempt to pull out the mini ex.

I connected a chain to the rear of the kubota and to the mini ex. I then set the cruise control on the kubota to put some pull pressure on the mini ex.
I got on the mini ex and started pushing with the bucket while the kubota was pulling. I was able to pull out the mini ex even with those industrial tires

I believe that most of the Bransons are on Titans.
Most of the replacement tires on the farm have been titans.

ok, I had the Ag tires replaced on my yanmar several yrs ago. they never mentioned that brand. They said all the tires they could get would be china or india

If mainly work on mud and field work Ag R1, if loader work, backhoe ( bigger weight ) ind R4.

I don't think there is any real debate. Most members are just giving their opinion on what they prefer for their own individual wants/needs and what works best for them. :confused3:

true. I'd never have to use chains here in florida.

I think the better loader handling characteristics of the R4 may be the tipping advantage here. that loader will be lifting 1000# or more per use... if the r4's are handling that better, and are at least as good of puncture resistance.. that's a real bonus.
