I am glad I live in Missouri, which has a castle doctrine.

During a break in...you don稚 have to prove this or that...you can shoot to kill...even if the intruder is unarmed.

I believe it extends to your vehicle as well.

I think you need to review your "castle doctrine" carefully. We have it in Wisconsin as well and all it does is say you don't have to prove that you felt your life was in danger if somebody enters your home (or place of business or vehicle) uninvited. Castle doctrine essentially lets you take that as a given but it doesn't provide blanket immunity (e.g. shooting somebody clearly leaving the premises).

All "safety" glass like that is just bullet resistant. You have to specify what kind of bullets, how fast they are traveling, how far they are fired from, and how close together the multiple strikes will be... Lots of variables. Not bullet proof, bullet resistant at best.

Here's a good law of average for ya; 100% of all "groups" or "classifications" of creatures, human or otherwise, can pose a threat to your well being given a specific set of circumstances of which you have no control.

The best weapon you have is your brain. Should a specific set of circumstances which you have no control put you in danger, you have a better chance of getting out of that danger with the proper application of your brain. Having tools to work with is secondary, but there are times having "a last resort" available is necessary.

Shoot first, ask questions later. And, always have a backup gun, Howitzer or rocket launcher just in case things go from really bad to end of days.
Better yet, don't go near the Walmarts to begin with, they're just double trouble and may sell enough ammo that you'll be outgunned on any given day in any given town, city or backwater.
