Wow, that is nice Barnbuilder. Wanna come to Canada and build me one? LOL. I can pay you with some of my worthless Canadian money! LOL.

What is the ceiling height in the insulated 24 foot? And the door size.

Haha! I'd love to come to Canada! And thank you. It's 42' x 72'. The ceiling height is 12'8". Garage door is 12'x10'.

Good looking building. Why the metal on the top part of the interior walls?

Cheaper than BC plywood. No waste.

Thanks Barnbuilder. I've been looking at different designs for myself and I like that one because I only need one heated bay to work on stuff, but I want lots of covered storage that I don't have to pay to heat.

I think I might know? what Mr. Walker was asking.....why not put the metal on the bottom so that if you were cutting or grinding in their, no worries of fire down at your working level.

I presented it to the customer and he liked it. Plus if you want to mount things on the wall its easier with plywood. I doubt he will be doing much grinding or welding. If he does he can do it on the front pad. That BC plywood is $40/sheet. I could have used CDX but its not near as nice.

I unexpectedly saw some condensation yesterday. It could be called Liquid Ballast Level Indicator. After some cold weather, it was around 60 degrees and very humid.

You're doing good. I just paid $45 a 4X8 sheet for 7/16 OSB here.

Ouch. It’s like $15 here and I’ve been complaining because it recently doubled from the $7 a sheet.
