I would say that if the SAE requirements on the can meets your engine requirements then you are set to go.
Just tried it with conventional 10-30 and there were three: Citgo, Delfin Group USA LLC, and Warren Distribution.If you go to Wercs UPC/Barcode - Powered By The Wercs and punch in the UPC, it will generally tell you who made it and give you some idea of what is in it.

Now I would agree with that. Worth what you pay for it. I think so. As long as a person doesn't expect it to be equal to the major manufactures' top of the line oils.Is it good? Probably the answer is yes.
Is it as good as the big brand oils? Probably the answer is no.
Is it close enough for many? Probably the answer is yes.
Is it good enough for everyone? Definitely the answer is no.
I am in the last camp.
