I didn稚 experience better fit and finish
I didn稚 experience better dealer support
I didn稚 experience a better built engine

I have also only seen the Mythical higher resale posted by users here but of all the people I know personally they haven稚 been able to beat resale when measured to amount spent new -vs- resale as a percentage.

I have made more at resale with others brands when itç—´ figured the proper way.

My last trade in offer for my Kioti was better than anything else except for the NH that actually netted me more than I paid for it due to the explosion in the demand and cost of compact tractors that happend years ago

What was your experience with a Kubota and Mahindra? BTW I never claimed the resale value was better. Kubota no doubt has better dealer support. Having one dealer in your town isn’t the end of the story. I haven’t seen any Mahindra engines in other brands equipment. If you didn’t experience better fit and finish you probably didn’t look hard enough. And why do you own a Kioti not a Mahindra.

Depends on what you buy at walmart. Some of thir stuff is better ,or equal to items sold elsewhere
I have bought romex, electrical boxes, switches, etc, at walmart that was equal to those items sold at Lowes , HD

You have a contrary response to any answer to your question. Guess you already know the answer and were just wasting your time.

Walmart sells the most stuff. Is their stuff the best?

LOL you did ask the question. I just gave you the answer.

Just not convinced kubota is worth 10-15% more than other brands with equal equipment.
I do happen to own two kubotas

The Mahindra my folks own has overheating issues which is caused by an inadequate cooling system, it has leaky seals at the pto and has intermittent electrical issues. Its 10 years old, but started exhibiting problems in the 2nd year. Maybe a fluke, but I'll never buy one. Just like the LS that I tried at the dealer. Wouldn't throttle up and dealer couldn't figure it out. Maybe a fluke but I'll never buy an LS. I would consider a Kioti and nearly did buy one. Just went with tried and true Kubota when the money came out of my pocket. They were the best dealer by far and the network is strong where I live. Some of the only dealers that knew more about their tractors than I did from internet research.

I personally know one of the largest mahindra dealers in my area.
If mahindra tractors were as bad as some claim, I know for a fact, he wouldn't still be a mahindra dealer.

So why did you buy a Kubota?

So why did you buy a Kubota?

I thought I stated in a previous post. I had him looking for a used 50 HP 4wd with HST for a year
He wasn't able to come up with one.

I located a used Kubota with the same specs.

My statement wasn’t based on one single brand but rather as a hole for all of them. Mahindra is one machine that I have never owned for personal use. Did pick one up cheep at an auction and sold it at a profit a week later.
Honestly I would most likely buy straight from TYM or do an RK instead of buying from Mahindra.

As for fit and finish when you have brand loyalty trying to cover your choices everything you see is better. This works for the kubota owner just as it does for the JD crowd.

I have seen better fit and finish with one part and not the next, then looked at the next brand and and seen better design and fit where I felt kubota missed.
I have had 2 kubota engines give up on me one was a head gadget with no overheat the other was a rod threw the block. Yep had my trouble with Massey, NH JD and some other odd balls threw the years just as I had good luck with them all.

The one thing I can tell you from experience is you should never buy thinking because you paid more it’s better quality, has better fit and finish or will be worth more.

For practically every product on earth there are different levels of quality. Are you saying the same isn’t true for tractors? And I didn’t say Kubota was the best.

yeah, for tractors, it would be the china brands, such as jinma, kama,Foton, etc,. Kubota, deere, mahindra, etc, may make lower quality tractors for other markets. I don't think they would sell well here though

As far as vehicles, many people buy the lower quality levels. chevy, dodge, ford, toyota, Hyundai, etc,. Higher quality would be BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, etc,.
