What teams will play in the next Superbowl?

I also hope the NFL looks at their overtime rules. If the team who wins the coin flip scores a touchdown on their first possession, they win. To some extent, don't think that's very fair, and would prefer they follow college rules.

I agree that both teams should have at least one possession. Since they have an actual running 15 minute clock, why not just play the OT (5th) quarter to it's expiration ; each team scores and possesses the ball as many times as they can for as long as they can; no sudden death OR go possession for possession with NO GAME CLOCK. Team A gets the ball and scores TD&XP (7), Team B has the opportunity to score TD&XP (7) to tie and continue or score TD&2 (8) to win. A FG can be beat by a TD, but allow for equal number of possessions. Otherwise, just do the college rules: 4 downs to score.

I don't have a dog in the fight, but why blame the Rams? It was the Ref. that blew it with no foul being called. Do you think the Rams should have disputed the situation at the time and handed the ball back to the Saints as a nice jesture? Would any other team facing the same situation have done that? I don't think so.

As for me, I will watch the Superbowl game strictly for entertainment. Although I have great disdain for all the kneelers, nothing else worth watching on TV at that time.

No one is blaming the Rams. It is the referee's fault. It's just that if the Rams win, they won't be the Champs, they will be the chumps.

The rams had a chance to make a blown call right (and they KNEW it was a blown call), but they didn't.

Ultimatley, it's only a sports game and has no affect on my life whatsoever. It's all about the money and winning at all costs.

I like the eagles from watching them as a kid with family when my dad was away, but ultimatley there are more important things in life than pro sports (what I say when "my" teams lose LOL).

I really don't want either team to win in this superbowl.

That said, could help but find these somewhat funny...

However, you've got to give the Pats credit, they get back or very close pretty much every year recently. Reminds me of the Steelers in the 80's.

I don't blame the Rams, they seem like a respectful team and there is nothing for them "to make right". You get good calls and sometimes you get bad calls. Take both like adults.

My Facebook feed is embarrassing with all the calls for Goodell to replay the game or pick up where the penalty came into play. Man, just shut up.

I won't watch the game but it if had to pick it's clearly the Patriots. Watching the haters melt down post victory from then until the White House visit and beyond will be salty!

Being a true sportsman IMO means winning "fair and square". The reality is EVERYONE on the Rams team knew that was pass interference and in all likelyhood, would of won the game for the Saints (just due to the timing of the foul). BUT, it's all about winning and that's what we teach our kids. I'd feel the same way if that non call was on any team in the NFL (being on the wrong end of a botched call like that).

20 years ago it was guys killing each other with head traumas and not knowning anything about it. At least know, they are taking precautions.

The reality is though is that the sport is a dying game.

Do have to laugh, have no clue why anyone would spend the money people to to attend the superbowl.
