Thanks, Wakey!
Some pretty grain on that wood table. Looking forward to seeing the 'finished' project!I’ve been working on a table. I’ve got the top glued up in 4 separate panels and I’m waiting on getting the base done before I finish gluing them. I’ve got most of the pieces for the base glued up but it still lacks quite a bit of work. I spent about half a day working on my wood splitter yesterday. The wedge broke off so I cut it out and re welded it. I also added a hydraulic lift to the 4 way. This wasn’t an attempt to make it an adjustable height 4 way and more so I could push an already split piece under the 4 way without knocking a splinter off. And today I got the legs for my table nearly done.View attachment 590127View attachment 590128View attachment 590129View attachment 590130View attachment 590131View attachment 590132View attachment 590133View attachment 590134View attachment 590135View attachment 590136
I'd like to see more of your wood working projects. Nice work and very interesting how things go together and the joints you make. I've worked with wood all my life but I didn't learn much about furniture building with a chain saw or 20 ounce Estwing.

Here’s my wood construction fleet. I’ve been wanting to build a more advanced model and I never have. View attachment 590506
They look familiar. Do you have a subscription to Wood Magazine? I think I still have most of the issues with those toy plans. I keep saying, one of these days I'll start building them.
Not anymore but that’s where those came from.
