I went and cleaned out the loafing shed and replaced the straw tonight in the blowing snow and sub-zero windchill...just because I could! It took a while for the tractor to heat up, but once it did it was nice and toasty! I'm really hoping we get a bunch tonight!

Here it is! The wait is finally over! I will have to repaint the forks to match the new brand, but it handled my pallet of firewood with ease!
Nice tractor,Enjoy.

Congrats! Nice looking machine. I hope you get years of trouble-free use.

When I use mine to move hay in the winter I can't really get it to warm up. It seems no amount of idling will get it to warm up and moving a few round bales out to the feeders isn't enough to bring it up to temp either when the outside air is 20F or below. To get the engine to warm up I've got to run her up the hill. As far as warming up the cab, thankfully that part works great!

Yeah, it did seem that even though the temp gauge wasn't coming up much it was putting heat into the cab. Heck, just being out of the wind made all of the difference in the world!
One of the things that I wouldn't mind being different is the gear shifter. It has a bend in it, presumably for ergonomics, that kinda puts it in the way of getting in and out. I would prefer a straight gearshift that is less obstructive to entering and exiting.
This thing plows through some snow! I was churning through snow that was close to 3' deep. I was pushing snow with the front differential, and it just kept going! I was impressed!
I took it out on the road to test its high gear. That is certainly going to be nice for trips to the neighbors! Im pretty sure I was going at least 20 without pushing the engine at all. I'd guess speeds of 25+ would be easy to achieve.

If I remember right top speed is 23 or 26 can't remember for sure.

If you cover half the radiator with cardboard it will heat up quicker. Just remember to pull it out around March or April.

Another thing to remember is the rear wheel lock. If pushing heavy loads pushing the foot lever down turns your tractor into a dozer.

I sure wish that diff locks on tractors could be turned on and left on till ya don't need it any more like the locker in my pickup.
I do need to put some cardboard in front of the radiator. I'm sure that would help quite a bit.

We cleared 60 year old spruce pines from 4-5 acres of land with an excavator and mysterious 7320. I would push down the trees, and pull them out of the tangle with the excavator, cut off the rootball, put a chain on them, and drag them away with the tractor. Then we cleared the land roots with a box blade and scarifiers. My wife did most of the box blade work. We worked thru everything from fresh forest, to sun baked clay, to frozen ground to sopping mud and everything in between. My wife destroyed multiple scarifiers, sometimes two at a time, on the 84 inch woods boxblade. We dragged flat 200 tons of #3 stone (railroad ballast ) with the box blade, when building a 1/4 mile of road to extend our driveways to our build site. I've pulle a 6 1/2 harrow thru hard clay with no problem. There are limits to any machine, but you will find that yours is quite capable.
