John Deere 2032R
My 2520 crapped out last week so the dealer picked it for service and brought a 2032R as a loaner with 59" front snow blower but the 3 pt style. I like everything about this thing......I wonder if I will ever see my 2520 again.....

I just bought a 2025r, a smaller version of what the dealer dropped off to entice you, so far no regrets.

Loaners and rentals are dangerous things. Years ago, when my kids were little, I went on vacation and my travel guy at work got a great deal on a rental mini-van for me. It ended up costing me about $30,000 when the family loved it. :confused3:

Dave,

Do you think the 2025R can handle the backhoe or too small?
That's a lot of change to dish out so checking around to see if it's worth even the thought.

Thanks,
Kevin

I've never owned a backhoe so its hard for me to say. I'm coming from a Kubota BX which did not have a backhoe either but I've sure looked at them a lot. Compared to a 1 series JD or a BX Kubota, I'd think the backhoe would work much better on a 2025R just because of the larger size. I think spec wise, the loader and backhoe aren't much stronger than the 1 series JD. To step up to more power and size, you need either the 2032R or 2038R.

I had a 770 then a 790 then the 2520. The 2520 needs $2600 worth of work ( I have put less than 10 hours on it ). So because I have faith in my dealer I am hoping he will give me back what I paid for it and a good deal on the 2032R
