I thought I was one of the few hard azzes on here. It wouldn't be different to you, if it was some ninteen year old punk or someones elderly mother with poor eyesight? I saw that in a movie or TV series once. I don't see were it's legal or moral to destroy someones property, unnecessarily to "teach them a lesson" that is what the ticket and tow is for.
Nope. If the elderly eyesight was so poor they cant see fire hydrant the should not have a drivers license to begin with. If you cant safely operate a vehicle you should not be driving.
I would have preferred to see the rear doors ripped off.
