Good morning!!!!

Cleared the walks...
I'll hit the drive when my stepdaughter comes home from work or tomorrow morning. We got 2" or so of fresh powder. Per the forecast, we may see a mix tonight....so, probably wait until Monday morning.

Boy, I just can't stay away from .22LR pistols!! Just ordered a Ruger Mark IV Tactical:
Ruger-Mk-IV-Tactical-2.jpg
Threaded barrel, of course...so ear protection won't be required.
The picture is something I downloaded from the Internet. I won't have the gun in hand for about a week, give or take.

For those into Ruger .22's (or any other .22LR pistols), the Mark IV is a great plinker and, unlike the earlier versions, so very easy to take down for cleaning. My Mark IV 22/45 Lite cycles subsonic ammo pretty well. We'll have to see how well this one does...

69°F and very foggy this morning. Forecast says 77° with 40% chance of rain.

I drove into Richmond and had dinner with wife last evening, since she wasn't coming out to the ranch this weekend. Dinner was at our favorite Tex-Mex place.

Depending on weather, I'll try to get some fertilizer out on the 9 acres around the house. At least half is still too soft to even drive the Polaris Ranger across and I'm not into using the walk behind spreader so ..... we'll see.

I'll probably try to finish getting truck, two tractors, and Zero Turn washed this afternoon. The Ranger was all I got finished on Friday.

RNG .... the best "ramps" I have is one of our tractor's front end loaders. I use them to raise the ZT to sharpen / replace blades.

Hope everyone, where applicable, got their clocks moved forward last night. About a half dozen, who didn't, walked into church this morning ........ just as services we're ending.

Everyone have a great end to your weekend.

Prayers to all.

I have the SS Target version of the MK IV. Like it a lot. Weighs 10 oz more than the Tactical. Have not shot it since getting it back from recall.

The height I'll lift to will be limited by how high I can safely extend my biggest pair of jack stands. However high that is, it'll have to do. You use jack stands too, right?

But that's gonna be tomorrow. It rained shortly after I posted this morning. Then the sun came out and I was all set to get started when it started to hail. Not much, so when the sun came out again I started heading for the door and it rained some more. now the sun is out again, and if I go out at all, it'll be with a chainsaw in my hand. I don't mind walking around in the rain, and I can sit out a brief shower under the roof on the side-by-side, but I'll be darned if I'm gonna lay on a wet driveway.:muttering:

60 right now, had been about 64, after a midnight low of 40. .41 of rain overnight. Sun just came out. I’ve been chasing the clock all day if you understand my meaning.

The only clocks I have to manually set are the old bedroom alarm clocks and microwave, wall clocks are atomic and range is WiFi enabled. My truck has hour, minute and reset buttons, but I keep it on GPS time through the nav system, so it sets itself too.

Have a nice evening and prayers for all.

Well, we got the snow and the rain and now it is back to snowing again. I didn't do anything outside today, wait a minute, I didn't do anything inside either. A conserve energy day.
I will definitely need to plow in the morning. probably get outside and fired up about 7.

I shelled out good money for two Marathon clocks that are supposed to change automatically to DST. Nope, nada, didn't happen.
Marathon WILL hear about it in the morning.

I just wasted an hour savings of daylight taking a nap after waking up too early because of moving the clocks forward.

Good evening all. 48F for the start, overcast, calm wind. Overcast all day, short period of light rain, light wind and a high temp of 53F. Chapel this morning, preacher had a nice way of greeting those who fail the "clock test", and now I nor the wife can remember it. Update the inside clocks, lunch with stepdaughter and her boy friend, nap and ready wood and stove for tomorrow.
Roy nice gun, wife doing OK?
Drew glad the potatoes are started, mayby a pic of the hills will help credibility :D
Prayers for all.
