Ron, I agree with other, just time for the older dog and pup. Pups can be annoying, at least Kekoa was and Kalani didnt seem too eager for it. Now, 2 years downthe road, especially with the passing of her mate, Flash, they are pretty much inseperable. I’ve also noticed that Kalani has developed a closeness to the cat who was a kitten about same age as Kalani. Not unusual to see the 3 of them all sleeping together, even touching. Probably helps that Kekoa finally accepted that Kalani is in charge

My previous flail was 195cm / 77 inches, but over the years got too much supervisor feedback about the scarring from the edges. Lot of uneven ground for us. When wife uses her 54” cut, no scarring at all. Dropped back to 155cm /61 in to avoid that which was perfect for my Kioti. May be a tad short for the new LS but likely ok as I tend to overlap my passes (of course that aggravated scarring with the 195).

62 going to 86 and probably storms this afternoon.

Ron, great new dog. My parents had one like that and loved it.

David, exciting to hear about your new tractor. You certainly will get good use of it with all of your projects.

Kyle, how does your water level work?

I won free tickets to a very nice festival yesterday, about an hour away. Rassawek has everything from wine, bourbon and moonshine tastings to steamboat and helicopter rides...lots of classic cars, artists, old timey equipment and sawmill, bateaux, 3 bluegrass stages and bar-b-q and ribs. One of our friends was an exhibitor so we surprised her when we showed up.

Welcome - Rassawek Vineyard

wng, here's a video that could be shortened a bit, but same principle. I attached the "roaming" end to my box blade, on the side at the rear, closest to the blade's edge. I went slow, giving the water level time to settle. But even at that, it still is the best way I've found short of having a laser/hydraulic high dollar system.

Watch out at that Rassawek, don't drink until after the helicopter ride.

Flat track mile races from Lexington Kentucky are underway.

At 12:30 this morning I woke by a little dog barking and winning. Had to make a bathroom stop. Then checked on puppy. All that noise stopped as soon as I walked into room. So the 2 of us slept rest of night in lazy chair.

Priceless ...does the pup have name?

Sassy. Our 14 year old is Muffin.

What about "Bran" as a nickname? ;) Muffin is a good dog. I'm sure Don and Ron have some reason for the dog fighting humor.

We are trying to make some homemade frozen yogurt. Put 2 qts of Chobani greek vanilla fat free yogurt in the churn, along with about a couple of splashes of whipping cream to help, and some chopped fresh strawberries. Oh yea, 3 tablespoons of sugar. The royal ice cream machine had a bit of a time getting going, due to the thickness of the yogurt. Will give a situation report later.

Don, turn your eyes away........ This is just really a test run of the old plastic ice cream churn. Next week, my mom is bringing some pecans from her yard and we are making butter pecan ice cream. Probably not yogurt style, but the real deal.

Bran is a good name. But it is a Sassy puppy.
It's good friends kibitzing. Sassy would not make one good mouth full. Muffin is the best dog we have ever had. Sassy has a lot to live up to.
I am still amazed at how well Whipper has acclimated to city life.

We are too.
The neighborhood Dog club with the classes and info on how to understand your dog help a lot. We still cannot get her to fetch. ?? She must have a missing fetch gene.

A 98 year old kicked my but in hand and foot card game. His wife and partner was 99. My wife had met them before in her intermediate Spanish class. 4 losses today, a good thing Sunday play does not go on my permanant record. (only Mondays)

Email from Gardens, they have lined up a tractor job for me this week. Sure is nice, all the seat time none of the expenses. This should be illegal.

Good evening all. 68F this morning, raining, .5 inch in the gauge, calm wind. Rain stopped early, peeks of sun in afternoon, light wind, high temp 84F, and humid. Chapel this morning followed by bike ride and nap, and trip prep. While I was in the STL area, Katy trail bike ride canceled, and friend got us on the BAK ride. Got the registration finished, need to call the tent service tomorrow. Trip went well, 24 hours of windshield time in 3 days :confused2::eek: Truck does drive nice:thumbsup:
As always nice pics.
Jay looks like Brogen is bigger than the bear, would :chilipepper: slow him down?
Ted is your knee getting any better?
David had R-1 (not loaded) on both my tractors, wheel spin never issue on the hill. I was always more worried about wheel spin as that was much worse than just ruts. Congrats on new tractor.
Buckeye, interesting your ZTR is faster. It tool the same time for tractor(gear) and 5 ft finish mower and old trim mower and ZTR with 42 in cut.
i do wonder about Ed and Farmer.
Randy, speedy recovery.
Rick had a slow drain on on of the vans, turned out to be a bad switch on the passenger mirror light. Hard to see in the day light hours.
Riptides hope health issues are improving.
Buckey, pig looks good
Bill, have during your driving season.
prayers for all.
