I took the backhoe off of my tractor right after delivery. I only used it briefly so far..maybe 10 minutes to play a bit.
I went to hook it back up a few weeks later and noticed a leak from the part circled in red. I think this is a relief valve (if I'm reading the manual correctly). I snugged up the big nut (green arrow) and went work. Everything seems fine, and the leak is gone.
If this is a relief valve, should I have left the big nut loose? Should I worry I may have tighten it too much? or that there is an proper adjustment that I should have done. I think I turned it about 1/2 turn. I did not move what looks like an Allen head screw in the middle of the nut.
