Maybe it's me but the front tires look like they may be facing the wrong direction (backwards)
That model tractor is a good machine. The loader works well and the control is very well placed. We had the TC40 and the turtle/rabbit switch on the loader control is a definite plus.
As for the condition, can't go by pictures ... you need to examine that in person and test it out. If it work well the broken front grill does not keep it from functioning - our was beat up also.
Big thing is, make sure the hydraulics work right and the motor does not have any smoking problems.
The safety switches are a common problem with those tractors developing "starting" problems ... there are several switches. There is a thread on here that explains how to install a relay to bypass those switches and make it so you can start it with the key even though the switches go bad.
