I usually take that to mean they’ve dealt with it and either can’t figure it out or it’s more expensive then they thought.

If so, it would have taken less time to do so themselves rather than add that to the listing’s description.

On the subject of Craigslist mythconceptions....... It ran when it was parked.

Technically it is probably true, that is how it got to where it is parked..... but often there was an issue with it when parked and getting it running again is not necessarily going to fix whatever issue it had when parked.
