the only people affected by more gun restrictions is the law abiding citizen.
If you take the guns / ammo away, the only people affected will be the law abiding citizen will become sitting targets for criminals.

Criminals don't care how many laws they pass to restrict guns. I just don't see why those that call for more restrictions can't see this.
The law abiding citizen isn't the problem here, and these idiot politicians can't figure something this simple out. Yet, they want to represent you !

Kenmac,
Tyrants love unarmed peasants, easier to control... Thats why every household should buy one!

Politicians cater to the masses that don't know any better, they also use them for their own agenda..

A friend brought out his AR rifle yesterday. First time I've ever handled one or shot one. With a "green dot" sight it's an awesome weapon. I went thru that clip of ammo very quickly. Clear across my little lake( 850') - blew a small sage bush right off one of the rock cliffs. For what I need - I'll still stick with my 12 gauge.

You say that now, but just wait until the sagebrush all join forces... then you will think differently. :D

If the sagebrush and the pallets ever form an alliance.......:)

You let me know when the sagebrush form an alliance with the pallets, James. Then I might consider an AR or AK 47 or the like.........

Actually I would prefer the Ma-deuce. LOTS of experience shooting that beast up at the firing range at Ft Richardson.

Remington 700 heavy barrel is all I need. I write the name of the critter on the bullet and load the cartridge. Done. I have a Mini-30 with 40 round mags but makes a mess of everything hit.

For fun, my Barrett M99 gets the job done. I'll be the first person on my county to be the last person on my county. With a 2600 meter range, who needs to walk to get close ?

I got the ammo at Cabelas, Your Honor.

I had a Colt AR years ago. Lots of fun and spent many evenings reloading ammo. I sold it when they started peaking into the $800 range.

Always felt the .223 lacked power, so I replaced it with a Ruger Mini30. Although the caliber/power debate will rage forever, i like it much better.

850’, nice size lake. How about hitting something moving, are the tumbleweeds blowing around yet? Not sure how you would know if you hit it.
