He would not have made it through my town like that.
No taillights, no visible wiring harness on front, no fenders, no safety chains, virtually no tie downs front or rear.
Amazing how they get away with it.

I bet he would have, police don’t pay much attention to rigs like that. I know from experience. I have always strapped my loads good but many times ran without lights or plates. I usually hang orange off the back if I don’t have working lights.

Guys, it's okay! That there is a Ford model 8N. that tractors been getting hold wrong for the last eighty years on a thousand different trailers. It's fairly likely that it's going to survive again today. And it may be surviving 80 years from now!

It ain't the tractor I'd worry about, it is the minivan full of kids that it hits after it leaves the trailer.

Looks like a Harry Ferguson to me. Likely a TO20. Horizontal slats on the grille, 8N had vertical.
