Exactly... and the reason I started this thread. With battery power technology what it is now, it is hard to justify a gasser unless you are 'in the business' needed heavy duty tools. Even then much of the maintenance type work does not demand a gas engine.Even as easy as gas tools are becoming to start, I've found that I much prefer electric for small tasks as the electric tools don't develop the issues I've seen with gas tools when used for frequent start/stop short duration tasks.
