For buying ammo, I'm a fan of using the site AmmoSeek. It does a pretty good job of being an ammunition search engine that will find the best prices across a bunch of retailers/wholesalers (based upon user selected criteria) at any given time.

I've actually used it a fair number of times to figure out what calibers were the cheapest to shoot -- and to decide if the advantages of a given caliber of firearm would be worth the price of routinely feeding one.

Between the search criteria, the breadth of results, and ability to save off searches with a free account (and create alerts for price thresholds on saved searches) it's generally the first place I go when looking for ammunition (especially when buying in bulk).

One of these previous posters posted a list of A Salted weapons, AK was listed over and over, so I looked up AK, no way I'll remember that definition, I even tried to say it three times fast and that didn't help.....
The AK stands for Avtomat Kalashnikova or Automatic Kalashnikov. The designer was Mikhail Timofeyevich Kalashnikov.
The 47 in AK-47 stands for the Kalashnikov Model 1947

Well she actually thought he would be less frightened by it than one of my black ones. She was thinking she could convince him it's not so bad. But she was pleased with the outcome anyway. And no pink AR15s are embarrassing to be around. I hate it when she takes that **** thing to the range. Why the **** would Magpul offer pink parts anyway. Then the floating front and the upper and lower are powder coated pink and so are the mags. At least I think it's powder coat but I am not sure. The small and moving parts are normal color as is the barrel. She saw it at the gun show. I told her it was stupid. I walked away to look at something else. When I went back she was filling out th BG check form. Then she found pink Magpul plastic mags last month. I told her that bright pink rifle made her an easy to see target. She said if something like that ever came up she would just use one of my black ones.
