Not now. But when I first arrived on TBN a PowerTrac was the only alternative that any reasonable landowner should ever buy. They had made real tractors obsolete. Per certain enthusiasts ....

I ignored that heartfelt advice and bought a Yanmar instead.

That advice sounds awfully familiar?? Hmmmmmm...?

How useful is the dedicated slope mower for daily chores? This seems like a pretty pointless comparison.

When my wife and I go to pay for something at a store, one of us usually asks the other "Are you buying?" Whichever one of us says "Yes", the other says "Thanks!" rather enthusiastically. It makes the clerk think we're being nice to each other.

All that really means, though, is who has the task of reaching for their wallet, as it all comes out of the same pot. :laughing:

After my wife and I got married we set up a joint account. Then later I went to pay the rent.... no money. Later yet I went to pay the electric bill... no money. What the heck, knew I put my paycheck in the account.... then I see shopping bags around the apartment.... Long story short, I learned real quick that my wife was not going to have access to my earnings and investments if I was going to reach my goals. We set up separate accounts and have them to this day. I pay for everything of significance.

Many years, kids, houses, automobiles, dogs, health challenges, etc. later we are very comfortable. It was all due to years of savings and investing what seemed like only a few dollars here and there, sometimes only $5 a week in those early years.
