This Colt has 27k through it and stays on my bed stand:

I got rid of my Colt and bought this Springfield; haven't put enough rounds through it to determine the reliability, but like it so far.

That Springfield is BAD AZZ medicine !!! :thumbsup: I know this a 1911 thread , but I have a Vaquero 45 acp 3 3/4 birds head , a XDM 45 acp semi auto (the M means match grade barrel) and Redhawk 5.5 in 44 mag ..............................

I have an XDM and I didn't know the "M" meant match grade barrel..:laughing:

Yes they cost a little more mine in 45 auto 4.5 inch barrel is very accurate . Never jammed on me or anything .

I think mine is a 5.25 competition in 9mm, it shoots really well.. Never a malfunction in maybe 3000 rounds..

Had a Colt commander since 81. Not a target gun by any means but very reliable. Favorite revolver is a Ruger blackhawk in .41 mag.

That Kimber is really rounded for carry I would imagine.. No snagging that one on anything..

Never carried it.Kimber is a safe queen,purchased it about 20 plus years back if my memory serves me right.
