Your allowed two/season? That's the most deer I seen all season all I saw was tracks and all I got was exercise..........And like every night, this is some of what I see,
And, "finally" a doe came out that I wanted, so...
That's my second deer, so I guess I'm done for this year...
BTW, this is tractor related, because I shot the deer in a food plot, that I used my tractor to make, and I used my loader tractor to lift the deer into the back of my PU! lol

I saw all sorts of does as I was driving down the road. I got out for 3 hours opening day, and except for when I was working that's the only time I spent in the woods this season. My muzzleloader is setting in the corner, but I don't care to hunt on snowshoes. After the upcoming storm they probably will be yarding up anyways and I won't harass them there.

Actually, I'm allowed three a season with my regular license, BUT because of the area I'm in and I own the land I hunt, I can buy up to TEN doe tags...
Two deer is all I need, so I don't shoot more than that.
The other night I watched a nice buck make a big scrape on a tree, I let him go. The next night he came back, and was just under 50 yards away, when he made a ground scrape! lol
I let him go again...

We have a lot of deer around here, they are lucky I do not care for deer that much.

I would like to make butter but with just the two of us in the house these days it just would not be worth it. But really enjoy you guys discussing it, brings back memories. Of course growing up I had to milk the cows by hand morning and night and take my dates out afterwards with cow milker smelling hands. Ever pin a corsage on your city girl date and she asks what that horrible smell is? I do not miss the milking.
