There are two questions I would like to ask. The first is to ask if you are happy with it?
The second question is how much weight the rear links will comfortably lift? The books say 2500 lbs and I will want to lift a 1200 lb seeder with it. Can I do it, assuming front ballast, etc. The tractor, cab and weights up front weighs around 4000 lbs with operator on it.
I ask because I ran across one that I might be interested in but it would have to lift that 1200 lbs. It won't drive down the highway with that weight but just operate in a flat field until the planter is set down and then driven back to a barn. What do you think?
I've had other tractors supposed to lift a given amount of weight, and they would, but you couldn't drive 20 ft because the tractor was so unstable with the weight on it. Any advice appreciated.
